What is the EUREKA Global Innovation Summit?
The EUREKA Global Innovation Summit is an international meeting place for businesses and
innovation agencies to share knowledge, network, collaborate and secure future business
growth opportunities. Businesses from across the globe will join international innovation
agencies, research organisations and policy makers for unique insights, practical ideas,
inspirational stories and collaborative solutions.

How can I register for the event?
Click on the register your interest button on the homepage and follow the steps to fill in the
registration form. Numbers at this international event are limited and you will be notified in
due course as to whether your registration has been successful.
How much does it cost to visit the show?
The EUREKA Global Innovation Summit is free to attend.
When will I receive the visitor pass?
Your badge will be available for collection from registration at Victoria Warehouse from
08.00 on Tuesday 14th May. Please arrive early on your first day at the event to collect your
What is the Visa Process for the UK?
If you require a visa we would recommend applying as soon as possible.
If you are using a standard national passport you are advised to apply for your visa via the

If you hold a diplomatic passport we would advise that you go through your Embassy to
apply for a UK visa. If you have any questions or difficulties please speak to your
embassy for country specific advice.
Is WiFi available at the show?
Complimentary Wi-Fi access will be available throughout the venue.
What catering is available?
Refreshments will be provided for all participants throughout the day and lunch can be
purchased from the venue. Lunch will include vegetarian and vegan options. While we will
do our best to accommodate special dietary requirements this cannot be guaranteed.
Are there cloakrooms available?
A cloakroom will be available at the entrance of the venue. A suitcase store will also be
available for delegates coming directly from or going directly to the airport. Any items left
in the cloakroom or the suitcase store are done so at your own risk.
Will there be security checks?
There will be security and random bag checks at the EUREKA Global Innovation Summit

How and when can I book the sessions I wish to attend?
Following a successful registration you will be notified when session booking is open. This
will be in April 2019.
How and when can I book matchmaking meetings?
Following a successful registration you will be sent an email to advise that matchmaking has
opened and explain how to book meetings. This will be in April 2019.
When will I get my personal event schedule?
You will receive your personal booked session and meeting schedule a few days before the
event (and you can constantly check your meeting schedule online). The meeting schedule
informs you about the time, the number of the table, and who you are going to meet.
We highly recommend that you download b2match mobile application (Google Play, iTunes
App Store), in order to be up-to-date about your meeting schedule and be able to send and
receive last-minute meeting requests on the spot.
Can I modify my registration profile?
Yes, you can modify your profile anytime by logging in into your account and modifying any
of the content you have already inserted.

Getting to Manchester
There are three main stations in the city centre: Piccadilly, Oxford Road and Victoria.

Manchester is well connected to the rest of the UK via excellent motorway links. The M60
ring road connects the city to motorways north, south east and west.
Manchester Airport is directly connected to over 200 destinations around the world. There
are frequent trains that run from the Airport to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, from
there it a short tram journey to Victoria Warehouse.

The venue is located between two trams stops. Pomona which runs every 6 minutes and
